Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.

Property Access

  • Two units are on the 2nd floor, while the remaining two are on the 3rd floor. Stairs are required for access.
  • The rooftop deck is a communal space.

Policies and Rules

  • Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties, events, or weddings are allowed.
  • GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
  • Guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operated for GoodNight Stay. Name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification are required. If not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms are provided: two dishwashing tablets, dish soap, one dish sponge, two laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, two paper towel rolls, two trash bags, one coffee bag, and four coffee filters per kitchen. Each full bathroom set includes one shampoo, one conditioner, one body wash, one body bar soap, one hand bar soap, makeup wipe, one liner for trash can.
  • Two paper towel rolls per kitchen and two rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom are provided.
  • No additional amenities will be provided beyond the initial set.
